Bar
Finally, FINALLY. Now you have an actual selection of alcohol that isn’t just like...cooking wines.
Conservatory
This is another lounge-esque area, albeit with glass walls that allow you to finally get a glimpse outside. You can’t see much from here, but as you are on a higher floor, you’ll get at least a small picture of the environment outside the lair...which seems to be purely mechanical. Seems as though the complex goes on a bit.
Shooting Gallery
Meant for large-scale henchman training, you can find a few guns on the wall and a couple of person-shaped targets set up...all the firearms shoot harmless foam darts, however.
Study
A quiet little study tucked away in the corner. There’s a table or two, a very comfy chair, as well as a roaring fireplace.
Throne Room
A medieval throne room whose aesthetic is entirely at odds with the sci-fi one, being largely made of cobblestone. Where’s the lava and who considered themselves kingly enough for this?

LAUNDRY ROOM
Get that Wilkins Coffee smell out of your clothes.
LIBRARY
This is decently sized, not large enough to have an extensive selection. But enough that you’ll be able to find some more famous literary works and a large selection of reference books.
GYMNASIUM
This is a state of the art gym, meant for training henchpersons. Therefore, you will note that there is far more equipment than your number will ever need.
MUSIC ROOM
The music room is surprisingly well-stocked and mundane in comparison to some of the more outlandish rooms. Seems whoever designed this place had a passion for music.
DR. ROBOTNIK’S FUNTIME FUN CHAMBERS
It’s a torture chamber! A very very authentic medieval torture chamber that completely contrasts with the rest of the building’s aesthetics. Have fun.
GREENHOUSE
The lair supports a fully functional greenhouse, even if this one seems a bit more sinister in aesthetic. Especially when most of the plants here are specifically poisonous.

Your rooms are well-furnished yet bland, favoring a metallic aesthetic that matches the 1950's evil villain thing they've got going on here. Inside you'll find a basic bed, a small separate bathroom/shower, a mirror, and a wardrobe (containing one or two spare outfits and a small notepad/paper).
Your only way to move between floors is via elevator. The second floor is separated from the first. Sorry to those of you who prefer stairs.
FIRST FLOOR

BATHROOMS
Everybody poops. Even villains.
COSTUME AND UNIFORM FITTING ROOM
A large room filled with just about every sort of outfit you can imagine, as well as prosthetic and makeup kits. If you ever needed to disguise yourself or put on a terrible play for the purposes of stealing orphan fortunes, this is the place to be.
LABORATORY
A laboratory with a 1950's aesthetic. Despite the cheesy gimmick, this place is fairly well-stocked and relatively state-of-the-art in terms of it's supply.
FOYER
This is pretty barebones artistically, reminding you more of a doctor's office than a place to get comfortable. Yet, here we are. You'll find a few seating areas here, as well as a couple of board games that have been left out.
Most notably, there are a lot of television monitors mounted on the walls...in fact, now that you think about it, there are television monitors in every non-private room. But whereas every other room has only one or two at most, this one has the largest number at six. Wonder why that is.
CONTROL CENTER
If you think of "evil scientist", this is what you think of. A large room filled with sinister maps and ominous looking tables, as well as a massive computer mounted on the wall...no internet access but there is a very comically-sized small keyboard in front of it if you wish to use it. There's a lot of seating here, this could be a good place to hold a meet.
KITCHEN/DINING HALL
The dining hall is akin to a cafeteria or mess hall - bland and gray. Perfect for feeding your evil minions. It's attached to a small kitchen, which is stocked with top-of-the-line ingredients and seems to replenish every night.
